About ordering
Please place your order at least 4 days in advance. Full payment is required to place the order and secure the date.
If you need to reschedule the order, please notify us at least 5 days in advance. Also, we will charged HKD$200 for administration fee for rescheduling. Rescheduling is subjected to the availability of Bon Bon Cake schedule.
Once the order is confirmed and paid, no cancellation, change of designs, nor refund will be available. In the event of dispute, Bon Bon Cake Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
About the cake
Q1. Is candle provided with the of cake?
Yes! We provide a candle for each cake order. If you would like to select any special candles or plastic knife & disposable plates, you may check out our “Party Goods” collection in our website.
Q2. How shall I keep the cake upon receiving it?
Please keep the cake in the fridge (8℃ or below) within 1 hour. We recommend same day consumption as there’s no preservatives.
Bad weather
When Tropical Cyclone warning signal No.8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, delivery service and pick up service will be suspended. Customer has to reschedule to the pick up date which is within 2 days of the original pick up date.
