Our Cake

What so special about BONBON Cake? We pride ourselves on using Chiffon Cake as the base for all of our delicious treats, rather than traditional Butter Pound Cake. Our cakes have a delicate and light texture, with a buttercream outer layer and with smooth, non-greasy cream filling inside. This combination allows us to serve not just a cake with fancy design and setting, but also with delicious taste.  

 

We believe that the quality of our ingredients is paramount to creating the perfect cake. That's why we only use the freshest and finest ingredients available. Our main ingredients include plain flour from Japan, butter and cream from France, Koyamaen Matcha powder, Valrhona chocolate, and Twinings Earl Grey Tea, among others. Each bite of our cakes is sure to be a delightful and unforgettable experience.
