What so special about BONBON Cake? We pride ourselves on using Chiffon Cake as the base for all of our delicious treats, rather than traditional Butter Pound Cake. Our cakes have a delicate and light texture, with a buttercream outer layer and with smooth, non-greasy cream filling inside.
